What should a lead cost you?
Work backwards from what a customer is worth. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere.
- Leads per month
- New customers per month
- Cost per customer
- Most you can pay per lead
- Gross profit after ads, per month
Gross profit = customers × value × margin − ad budget. It leaves out your other costs, so treat it as the ceiling.

“Profit” here means contribution margin: cash collected minus product, packaging, courier both ways, COD and gateway fees, and ad spend. It doesn't include salaries or rent. The starting numbers are an example brand, not a client.
